Thank you for choosing Lumi Glow. We strive to provide a reliable, efficient, and transparent shipping experience across Australia so you can begin your clinical light therapy regimen without delay. Please review our shipping policy details below.

1. Shipping Fees

We proudly offer Free Standard Insured Shipping on all eligible LED face masks, neck & décolletage panels, smart controllers, and skincare hardware orders delivered across Australia. There are no hidden handling fees or unexpected surcharges added at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Each optical LED device and controller undergoes diode illumination testing, battery capacity audits, silicone edge inspection, and shock-cushioned packaging prior to dispatch.
  • Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays).
  • Orders placed over weekends or observed national holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Transit Time: 7 - 14 business days across Australian metropolitan and regional delivery zones via standard carrier networks.
  • Please note that transit times are carrier estimates and may vary slightly depending on your state destination, remote regional postal routes, seasonal freight volume peaks, and courier parcel handling for sensitive electronic devices.

4. Anti-Shock Protective Packaging & Order Tracking

To safeguard precision optoelectronic diodes, internal wiring, and soft medical silicone from transit crushing or impact, all Lumi Glow units are packed in custom high-density molded EVA storage trays inside reinforced master cartons. Once your package has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment online.

5. Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unexpected external delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather disruptions, regional transport hub backlogs, or rail/road freight interruptions. Lumi Glow is not liable for external carrier delays, but our support team will actively assist you in tracking your parcel to resolve any delivery issues.
